APNA MEDIA GROUP

In the vibrant heart of Rotterdam, Netherlands, Apna Media Group (AMG) saw the light of day in 1998. It was the brainchild of D. Lachman, a visionary with a passion for producing films, television programs, and series. Under his leadership, AMG quickly became a beacon of creativity and talent in the media industry.

With a commitment to quality and professionalism, AMG succeeded in obtaining certifications from both the British Independent Television Commission and the Association. It was a recognition of their dedication to the highest standards in the industry. The Media Supervisory Board in Hilversum registered AMG in 2002, confirming their position as a serious player in the Dutch media.

But AMG was not solely focused on their own success. They shared their expertise and passion with the community. They assisted students from the bilingual Wolfert Van Borsseler Schoolgemeenschap in creating their very first feature film, titled "One Day a Rose." They also supported musical performances by the late Mrs. Chandra Sukhai Dance Academy in the Netherlands.

However, the path for AMG was not always rosy. They faced financial setbacks, especially when the COVID-19 crisis hit. Their self-produced feature film "HEBZUCHT/GREED," was eventually released on Amazon Prime Video in July 2021 and attracted hundreds of thousands of viewers, but could not be promoted in theaters due to lockdowns. This resulted in loss instead of profit.

But AMG remained resilient and determined.
